CHIEF EXECUTIVE

        Lt.Col. (R) Abdul Rauf Hashmi served in Pakistan Army from  1975 to 2000. Attended various Army institutions for professional / administrative courses and attained good results. The scope of these courses was mostly to learn.

a.     Command & Control Techniques, Character Building, Training Junior Leaders, Welfare Juniors and Discipline.

b.     Mechanical and maintenance of all types of automobiles and other equipments.

c.     Methods of instructions, and School Management.

d.     Human Resources Management.

e.     Plan, organize and command the activities of military combat units such as Develop and implement military procedures and policies based on detailed knowledge of units' capabilities and performance

f.       Direct subordinates in training and co-ordinate and direct activities of units in accordance with military practices

g.     Assume responsibility for welfare, morale and discipline of units

h.     Review and evaluate unit performance, prepare reports and provide briefings for superiors

         During 25 years of commissioned services beside purely professional activities, performed various administrative duties and organized / established various events / setups successfully.

       After completion of color service in Pakistan Army established a private security company i.e. ACCURATE SECURITY SYSTEMS (Pvt) Ltd. duly licensed by the Provincials and Federal Government of Pakistan, which is running a good business in Pakistan with its branches at various cities.
